I’ll be honest.. I was skeptical going into this, and if I’m being truthful, I still am to some extent.I’ve been feeling quite low for a while and I’m fairly sure I’m neurodivergent. I decided to give the patches a try because they’re only £10 a pack, and if they turned out to be a scam then I hadn’t lost much.I wasn’t expecting much at all. On the first day I genuinely thought they were just colourful stickers. However, by the second day I started to notice a difference. My mood began to lift slightly and I didn’t feel quite so stuck in my own head.I’ve now been using them for a week, and each day I’ve felt a little better mentally. I’ve felt less stressed, calmer, more relaxed, and less anxious overall. My mood has improved enough that a friend even commented that I seem happier and that I’ve been laughing more.I’ve also noticed that I haven’t been as hungry. I know I’m an emotional eater, but I’ve felt noticeably less interested in food. Whether that’s connected to the patches or just a coincidence, I can’t say.. but it’s been noticeable enough for me to question it.That said, I think it’s important to mention that my environment has changed too. I’ve had a week off work, spent more time with friends, and generally been in a much less stressful situation. So it’s hard to say how much of this improvement is down to the patches versus a change in pace and surroundings. Still, during the first two days of using them I was mostly at home, and I did notice an improvement by day two.These aren’t a magical cure, and I’m very aware that correlation doesn’t equal causation. But I do feel better overall, and whether that’s fully or partially because of the patches, I know I’ll be ordering more and continuing to use them for a longer period to get a clearer picture.Personally, I’d say it’s worth trying a pack. It’s a low-cost way to test something that might work for you.I’ll likely come back and update this review after using them for a few weeks or months under normal day-to-day conditions. For now, I’m enjoying them, and they’ve become part of my daily routine.

This product works for cancelling out “food noise”/cravings. One could definitely use it for intermittent fasting. It’s not a magic thing that MAKES you lose weight (which I knew that but I want everyone to understand that) but it most definitely could help with someone who is ready to lose weight and/or cut out unhealthy/excess food cravings. From one girly to another- please listen to your body and eat when you’re hungry such as lunch and/or dinner. Don’t use this to starve yourself. It will help you not to go overboard during meals too. It does help my mind stray away from unhealthy food. Seems to work for the 8 hours that it claims. I went all day without one today and the difference was super noticeable (been using them a week), so def putting one on tomorrow. The only thing is it did cause a red blotch (not hurting or itchy) when I accidentally left it on all night which was not warned about. So don’t leave it on all night lol. I put mine on my stomach which seems to work better for me and it has never fallen off or hurt when I took it off. I’ve already lost 4lbs but since it’s only been a week I will say at least 2 of the “pounds” were because I wasn’t bloated or intoxicated with junk food throughout the day which is a great start! But this is seriously effective if you do your part & it makes it easy to do so in my opinion! For someone who struggles with weight loss most of the time, this is money well spent & a game changer. The energy level benefit and suppressed appetite that I received during the wearing of these has been better than promised. I researched these prior to use, and they come in second to another brand that's sold exclusively through another site. These were my first try with these patches, and I'm definitely going to keep trying to wear them. The only negative is that the adhesive does bother my skin, but I do admittedly have very fair skin that is sensitive to many types of adhesives, including hospital grade silk tape and tegaderm. So I think you have to know your own skin type and what kind of adhesives bother you. Otherwise highly recommended.
