I wasn't sure it was working until I forgot to put one on one day. I noticed my mood was not as energetic as when I had them on! Using them for now. I don't like that they are made in China! UGH! Not getting a rash so that is good. For now I will use them to get me through the winter months.

This is now my second batch of these patches. I am unsure whether I'm just thinking very hopefully but my skin does seem bouncier, firmer, more supple and my very fine lines have almost disappeared. I take good care of my skin as it is and at 33, I only have a very fine lines to begin with. I feel a bit more lively and energetic when I've been consistently wearing the patches too which I didn't expect. Despite these things being able to be put down to other external factors, I do feel that they must be doing something as coming into the winter months, my usually drier skin (due to the cold air outside/dry air inside) makes my fine lines looks more prominent but they seem to have reduced. The patches themselves stick securely on to skin and the air tight seal on the bag means they don't 'dry out'. I tend to place the patches on my ribs, abdomen or back and they stay all day and are painless, easy and mess free when removing (no black plaster ring). If they are working, I'd say these are well priced and they feel good quality, right down to the packaging. I have quite reactive sensitive skin too and the patches haven't bothered me at all, in fact I feel my skin has made a great improvement overall. I do follow a good diet, keep well hydrated, exercise and use a daily sunscreen (yes, even in the Scottish winter) but I've seen further improvement in my skin since using them so I'd lean towards saying they are effective to an extent. They won't perform miracles but they can't hurt.

My brain chatter stops about 20-30 mins after putting this on, every time, and I can focus for hours if I want to. If I don't need to, I notice I feel peaceful, calm and generally more productive than without a patch.I give 4 stars instead of 5, for 2 reasons:1. It's big and brightly coloured, making it difficult to conceal. It's visible through light coloured clothing.2. Negative side effects. My adult AuDHD son tried it and got itchy hives all over his stomach and back after about an hour wearing it on his inner arm. He removed it and the hives went away within 15 mins, without need for antihistamine. So disappointing because he did feel his mood was much more balanced

I’ll be honest.. I was skeptical going into this, and if I’m being truthful, I still am to some extent.I’ve been feeling quite low for a while and I’m fairly sure I’m neurodivergent. I decided to give the patches a try because they’re only £10 a pack, and if they turned out to be a scam then I hadn’t lost much.I wasn’t expecting much at all. On the first day I genuinely thought they were just colourful stickers. However, by the second day I started to notice a difference. My mood began to lift slightly and I didn’t feel quite so stuck in my own head.I’ve now been using them for a week, and each day I’ve felt a little better mentally. I’ve felt less stressed, calmer, more relaxed, and less anxious overall. My mood has improved enough that a friend even commented that I seem happier and that I’ve been laughing more.I’ve also noticed that I haven’t been as hungry. I know I’m an emotional eater, but I’ve felt noticeably less interested in food. Whether that’s connected to the patches or just a coincidence, I can’t say.. but it’s been noticeable enough for me to question it.That said, I think it’s important to mention that my environment has changed too. I’ve had a week off work, spent more time with friends, and generally been in a much less stressful situation. So it’s hard to say how much of this improvement is down to the patches versus a change in pace and surroundings. Still, during the first two days of using them I was mostly at home, and I did notice an improvement by day two.These aren’t a magical cure, and I’m very aware that correlation doesn’t equal causation. But I do feel better overall, and whether that’s fully or partially because of the patches, I know I’ll be ordering more and continuing to use them for a longer period to get a clearer picture.Personally, I’d say it’s worth trying a pack. It’s a low-cost way to test something that might work for you.I’ll likely come back and update this review after using them for a few weeks or months under normal day-to-day conditions. For now, I’m enjoying them, and they’ve become part of my daily routine.
